BigD Guidelines
When playing on BigD servers, you have agreed to follow the rules set out on the BigD website. We expect all players to stick to a general set of basic decency guidelines.
Teamwork, Maturity and Fairplay have been the foundations of BigD since the start. This Code of Conduct is based around those Principals.
1 - Advertising in any form for clans, communities, websites, or any other individual/group is forbidden without the approval of a Community Manager.
2 - Any discussion of bans or rules in-game is considered poor etiquette. We encourage users to join us on Discord or the Support Forums in order to resolve all grievances.
3 - Impersonation of any BigD Admins, Managers, Moderators, Clan Members, or other affiliated individuals and groups is forbidden.
4 - Gamertags must not have profanity, racism, slander or any words/phrases that may be seen as offensive. This includes abbreviations and replacing letters of an offensive word with symbols/numerals.
5 - Excessive/targeted profanity in VoIP and text chat is not allowed.
6 - Griefing, Spamming, Exploiting, Cheating, Racism, Sexism, Doxing, Hate Speech and Harassment are not tolerated on our servers.
7 - Do not spam the !admin ping, if you do need to ping an admin, ensure you also include the reason within your !admin ping.
8 - When streaming any BigD hosted games, it is recommended that you run a map overlay or delay.
8.1 - Stream sniping is considered an exploit of the game and will be punished as such.9 - BigD is an inclusive place to everyone all over the world, from different origins, backgrounds, religions, ideologies and orientations, so at all times, players are expected to act with integrity and treat each other with respect. This is just a game and we encourage teamwork, communication, to play fair, encourage each other, teach new players and to just have fun with it.
10 - Intentional team killing is not tolerated. Accidents can happen, so ensure you apologize in all chat.
11 - Meta Gaming: This is when a player is using outside knowledge, tactics or exploits in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players and/or the game itself. e.g stream sniping, screen sharing or gaining knowledge from the opposite team.
12 - If situations arise that cannot be resolved by the written rules or grey areas arise, admins reserve the right to make decisions in order to protect server health and player experience.
BigD servers are a place where all players can come to game, let out steam, relax, have fun and compete, without the fear of harassment or being in a toxic online environment.

Treat everyone with respect. No harassment, witch-hunting, sexism, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated.

If you see something against the rules or something that makes you feel unsafe, let staff know. We want this server to be a welcoming space!

The use of external programs, scripts, and cheats is not tolerated and is punished with a permanent ban

DO NOT leave any VEHICLES or HELIs at any trader zone / safe zone area or any military area. If you do, you risk your car being wiped from the server as our safe zones all have a 2-hour clean-up timer. Feel free to use the GM FUEL STATION down the hill from GM to store your vehicles while not at your base.

Stealing/Raiding or Looting any kind of player's items OUTSIDE PVP ZONE is STRICTLY forbidden and will result in a PERMANENT BAN!

Offensive names or images in your Discord profile or in-game name are not allowed

Please refrain from approaching the Admins via direct messaging in Discord for game-related issues. If you require Admin assistance, please log a ticket via the error-bugs section of the channel so we can action them. DM's to admins will not be responded to.

If you're building in the area of a garage/service station, you MUST leave access to the bowsers for road vehicles and also the roof for Helis to refuel.

Maximum of 3 vehicles per player.

NO farming bears at ANY TRADER OR MILITARY ZONE to allow other players to have their fair share

DISCORD names must match your IN-GAME name to avoid confusion.
- No vehicles may be present on PvP Island at any given time, only 1 warning will be given for this until the vehicle is deleted
