⭐Why are you nominating them?
Rhys has put in hard work this month, being by far our most active Admin, responding with little delay to tickets and in-game !admin pings. His quick-response times have been something we recognised and value greatly, in addition to his assistance to the Squad SA Team with crafting the new Rule 9 which came into effect earlier this month.
💬 Community Support
Helped an Admin on how to do action-logs. He worked with Keith and Kevy G in !admin pings and tickets helping them with the paperwork whilst they keep track in-game. As well as a lot of public relations work in regards to the kickback on the previous Rule 9 changes.
📊 Activity & Seeding
Discord presence has been massive, whether in tickets or response to !admin pings. Did miss the FFN Event but did coordinate and motivate his clan to join.
🤝 Teamwork & Initiative
As stated previously, Rhys took the initiative and went out of his way to help mitigate the PR disaster from our previous (and controversial) change to Rule 9. Following his lengthy discussions with the community, he assisted the Squad SA Team in implementing the community's wishes into the current Rule 9.
🏆 Final Pitch
Rhys deserves to win because he was a big part in helping to mitigate a PR disaster, and directly working to help craft the new rule, and where he lacks in hours, or seeding, he more than makes up for in his dedication to tickets/pings and helping other admins with their backend/paperwork whilst they continue to monitor in-game.
