Logitech G330 USB dongle not working

I have a Logitech G330 gaming headset with the USB dongle. I have been using it until recently when it stopped working, as in no sound was coming through the headset and mic wasnt working.

 

I've done some googling and haven't found anything, it is really annoying because using analog lowers the volume of the mic. Any help would be lovely.

 

OS: Windows 7 Home 32-bit :(

    No.

    Is the default device in the VIA HD deck audio tool

    Uninstall and re-install drivers.

    Make sure that the USB on both parties is working, see if it works on another PC, would be the best test you could do.

    on dongles here is a British clip about technology and it mentions dongles so a bit of a laugh on the dongle subject.

    There is no sound like when other USB devices are plugged in, so i'd say no.
