Hearts of Iron 4 Community Event?

I am thinking of hosting a Hearts of Iron 4 event. If you would like to play with any particular mods or specific rules please post below...

As of right now i only intend to go through with this event if there are 6 or more people interested...

 

The only mods we won't be able to use are total conversions like Kaiserreich, The Great War, Millennium Dawn, etc...

But minor mods like Increased Manpower from non-core states or Expert AI are fine.
