How to Play BigD Operations
- Join the discord for updates: https://discord.gg/bigd.
- Download the Latest Campaign Mod List (HTML) from #Arma-info.
- Install Teamspeak 3 for Radio Communications.
- On mission night, connect to the server via the Main Menu, Launcher or Swifty (Coming Soon).
- When loaded in through the lobby, select your role.
- Play the mission and have fun.

BigD Guidelines
When playing on BigD servers, you have agreed to follow the rules set out on the BigD website. We expect all players to stick to a general set of basic decency guidelines.
Teamwork, Maturity and Fairplay have been the foundations of BigD since the start. This Code of Conduct is based around those Principals.
1 - Advertising in any form for clans, communities, websites, or any other individual/group is forbidden without the approval of a Community Manager.
2 - Any discussion of bans or rules in-game is considered poor etiquette. We encourage users to join us on Discord or the Support Forums in order to resolve all grievances.
3 - Impersonation of any BigD Admins, Managers, Moderators, Clan Members, or other affiliated individuals and groups is forbidden.
4 - Gamertags must not have profanity, racism, slander or any words/phrases that may be seen as offensive. This includes abbreviations and replacing letters of an offensive word with symbols/numerals.
5 - Excessive/targeted profanity in VoIP and text chat is not allowed.
6 - Griefing, Spamming, Exploiting, Cheating, Racism, Sexism, Doxing, Hate Speech and Harassment are not tolerated on our servers.
7 - Do not spam the !admin ping, if you do need to ping an admin, ensure you also include the reason within your !admin ping.
8 - When streaming any BigD hosted games, it is recommended that you run a map overlay or delay.
8.1 - Stream sniping is considered an exploit of the game and will be punished as such.9 - BigD is an inclusive place to everyone all over the world, from different origins, backgrounds, religions, ideologies and orientations, so at all times, players are expected to act with integrity and treat each other with respect. This is just a game and we encourage teamwork, communication, to play fair, encourage each other, teach new players and to just have fun with it.
10 - Intentional team killing is not tolerated. Accidents can happen, so ensure you apologize in all chat.
11 - Meta Gaming: Classified as using an exploit to gain an unfair advantage.
12 - If situations arise that cannot be resolved by the written rules or grey areas arise, admins reserve the right to make decisions in order to protect server health and player experience.
BigD servers are a place where all players can come to game, let out steam, relax, have fun and compete, without the fear of harassment or being in a toxic online environment.

Respect Others:
- Treat all players with respect and courtesy. Harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.

Team Play:
- ArmA 3 is a team-based game. Work with your squad and follow the chain of command.

No Cheating:
- Exploiting game mechanics, using hacks, or cheating in any form is strictly prohibited.

Clear Comms:
- Use appropriate channels for communication. Avoid unnecessary chatter in critical communication channels.

Microphone Requirement:
- Use a working microphone to facilitate clear communication with your team.

Language:
- English is the primary language for communication. Keep communications professional and avoid offensive language.

Mission Objectives:
- Follow the mission objectives and work towards completing them as a team.

Role Discipline:
- Stick to your assigned role and perform your duties to the best of your ability. Do not take on roles or equipment not suited to your assigned role.

Realism and Immersion:
- Play the game with a focus on realism. Avoid unrealistic behaviour that breaks immersion for others.

Asset Management:
- Use equipment and vehicles responsibly. Do not waste or misuse team assets.

Follow Orders:
- Obey the orders of your squad leader and the overall mission commander.

No Teamkilling:
- Deliberate teamkilling is prohibited. Accidental teamkilling should be reported immediately.

Report Issues:
- Report any game-breaking issues, glitches, or bugs to the admin team promptly.

Rules of Engagement:
- Adhere to the specific rules of engagement for each mission. Do not fire on non-combatants or friendly forces.

Be Punctual:
- Arrive on time for scheduled operations and be prepared to play for the duration of the mission.

AFK Policy:
- If you need to go AFK, inform your squad leader and find a safe place to wait.

Role Commitment:
- Commit to your role for the entire operation unless reassigned by the mission commander.

Positive Attitude:
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and immersive experience for everyone.

Feedback and Suggestions:
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve future operations.

- Follow the instructions of the admin team at all times.
